Almost every manufacturer, distributor and retailer has the issue of excess inventory created by the imbalance of supply and demand.

Assets which remain unsold are ultimately lost revenue. Liquidating offers one solution however it often results in only 20% - 30% of value ever being realized.

Ozone Barter enables businesses to sell their under-performing assets at prevailing cash values as an alternative to liquidation.

Buyers pay a portion of the purchase price in cash with the balance being paid in credit to be spent within the Ozone Barter business network.

The incremental Ozone Barter credit can be used to buy media campaigns, offset existing cash expenses, invest in new enterprise, make donations to charity or fund additional purchases over and above those able to be made with available cash or credit.

Ozone Barter assesses the quantity and quality of the product being offered and buyers are then evaluated and approached on behalf of the selling business.

Buyers purchase the product at current fair market value with a percentage in cash and a percentage in Ozone Barter credit.

Ozone Barter credit, coupled with cash (rather than 100% cash) is then used by the seller to purchase media, travel, or other goods and services.

A seller saves cash on existing purchases by offsetting those expenses against the additional value recovered through the Ozone Barter process.

Ozone Barter’s compensation is fee based and comes out of the cash sellers receive for the sale of their product. With the exception of media purchases, there is no fee to buy.

No product is ever marketed or sold without the sellers’ prior approval and, as a result, our clients retain full control over class of buyer, geography and brand distribution.
